  I had the same experience as a previous reviewer. I found the product on their website so drove to the store and the product of course was not available. I brought up the fact it showed available on line and I was given the same not everything on the website is available in the store. The website should be clearer on this fact. My husband also tried to go in there a few years ago same rude reception. This is close to my home so thought I would try yesterday but was also met with the same rudeness. I am not sure if this is the owner or manager however you need to take a course in customer service My suggestion don't waste your time and go elsewhere .

  Ordered a probiotic online that is only shipped Mondays, but first out of stock, then it gets shipped 10 days after ordering on a Tuesday, but not in the tracking system until 6pm on a Tuesday. I paid $15 for express shipping so that this temperature sensitive product wouldn't be sitting around somewhere over the weekend, but that didn't happen. I've gone out of my way to be home later in the week two weeks in a row for nothing. Still waiting and utterly unimpressed, and will be looking for alternatives. Dealing with them through customer service is horrible, and reading the response to me here, they lied about shipping on Monday, they shipped Tuesday, and they lied about me paying the extra. Since reading their response, they refunded me the shipping that I did pay for, but they didn't send it out until Tuesday, not Monday and the probiotic that was supposed to be cold wasn't when it arrived. The whole point had been to ensure it arrived within 4 days to ensure the product stayed cold.
