I'm absolutely furious with these guys.I wanted to come on a Saturday and called three times to confirm that I was coming from Mississauga. I told them I'd be 10 minutes late and they said no problem we'll wait around for you. I called on my way to check in, still no problems. I got there at 5:08 and the store had been locked up. I traveled nearly 200km and wasted a half tank of fuel because I trusted these folks had some human decency. It's completely mind boggling to me that they'd treat a new customer this way. Rather than telling me to come another time they assured me they'd stick around and then left without so much as a word. No one ever replied to my email - they simply don't care. Don't support a business that disrespects their customers.
