  I only go to this location about twice a month. Staff are very friendly but often not too knowledgeable about products. Once I ask 4 times if a product was all beef, told yes, went to pay then told the product contained beef but wasn't all beef only. On two other occasion was told product wasn't available, but when I was insistent he check, wouldn't you know, it magically appeared. Fortunately these bad experience don't speak to overall experience, I do like this store just wish staff cared a bit more.

  Probably the freshest retail meat available in Durham...no kidding. We've been coming here for years for steak, chicken, turkey etc; and we've never been disappointed with the quality. The food always delivers on freshness and taste and the staff are always asking the patrons if they're being served/helped. I wish I experienced customer service like this at all the businesses I come into contact with.
