  This is a large location with all of the expected conveniences; Bakery, Pharmacy, Deli, Produce, Floral... etc. Open 24hrs, this location isn't the cheapest grocer, but likely everything you could find across the street at Sobeys for less $.

  Good staff, especially the night staff members. Usually only come late at night because the prices are high, but that's what Metro is known for, so no complaints there, as that's to be expected.

  Clean and great staff. Ample parking. Starbucks across. Next to Toy's R Us and Healthy Planet and other great stores.

  This metro has more interesting selection of foods from smaller international food companies. One of the big problems with Canadian grocery stores is that shelf space is sold to National food companies which results in repetitive mediocre selections. This metro has wide aisles, friendly and courteous staff. Some of the prices maybe a bit higher than other stores but you are paying for a better grade of produce and meat than in a No Frills or Walmart
