- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Lovely authentic French atmosphere. It was pleasant to walk into a cozy restaurant in Whitby and be greeted in French and hear French spoken in general. Felt like we were away! The food was nice, well priced for what you get. I didn't have an authentic French dish, but will definitely pick that next time to try other things. Steak and fritz were good, could have a better cut of meat, but the shallot sauce was delicious. Amazing owners / staff. Very friendly and pleasant. Everyone in the restaurant seemed to be a regular so that's a great sign too. Will definitely come back to sample more of the menu. I'd recommend this place for a relaxed, classy, intimate or romantic dinner, but it's also very family friendly. We were there with our baby and they were great and accommodating.
