  First of all the food here is amazing and fresh. The spicy fried chicken wings will CHANGE YOUR LIFE. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the owner himself always makes a point of coming out to say hi. Best Chinese/Asian in Durham hands down. Nice eat in area as well as take out and delivery. Love it love it.

  Probably the best Chinese food in the Durham area. We have yet to have bad food or bad service here. A must for those looking for a more authentic tasting Chinese food experience.

  We have been to Sam's in Kitchener and it's much better. Our sweet and sour pineapple chicken was so hard and crunchy that it was difficult to eat. The rice was okay, the har gow was awesome.

  Seriously the best Chinese food restaurant in Durham Region, let alone Whitby. Sam takes a lot of pride in bringing flavours from home, but you will still find many of the Americanized dishes as well. Always a favourite for informal family gatherings, birthdays or whenever. I popped in yesterday and grabbed the spicey chicken and szechuan fried noodle special for 10 bucks! Everything tastes good! Great textures, great service. All around one of my favourite eateries in the region. Have been a customer for 10 years at least... probably longer. There is NO substitute.
