  Awful place if you have a toddler... we went to the toddler area, foam pit and basketball court. We couldn't be on the trampoline with our 2 year old son. He couldn't jump with other kids his age. They wouldn't even let me go in the foam pit with my son even though I told the woman he was stuck. If you want to constantly be yelled at for not following all of there 100 rules and you want your kid to be bored playing by themselves then go here. The one is st catharines has a lot more options for toddlers, you can actually PLAY with your kids, and they will actually have fun instead of wanting to leave 15 minutes in.

  Went there for their toddler fine, it was great and easy. Worth every penny. The staff were friendly and everyone was easy going. I loved that I could be near my toddler on the side lines and have my newborn really close in her stroller. Overall everything was tonnes of fun and accommodating.

  I brought my son here on Sunday. My son is very active and gets bored easily so I figured this would be the perfect place to keep him occupied. When I got there I was told by the staff that I have to buy sky socks to be able to go on the trampoline with my son. I was excited that there was no one else in the toddler area so my son and I had all six squares to ourselves. After about 5 minutes of my son jumping my son got bored so I went on with him and began to show him how to jump and entertain him. I was then told by the employee that parents are not aloud on the trampolines and to get off. I was so disappointed and confused as to why they made me pay for socks if I wasn't to be on the trampoline. I came to have a fun time with my son and instead I ended up having to leave because he didn't want to play by himself. I wouldn't have came here if I knew I wasn't able to jump with him. I would have taken him else where, like Kids Zone, where parents are allowed in the play place. Unless there is changes made to this rule I will not be returning.
