I come here often as I work in the area and have made it a habit of buying Timbits for our staff once per week. Service is always very quick and friendly, even during their rush/busy hours.

Friendly staff , I don't understand why I stand in line for 10 minutes and wait with one person in front of me and everyone else behind the counter is talking ??? Really ?? I then proceed to walk out . Only Tims I go to that has crappy service .
