- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The long shoreline of this area attacks many cyclists and joggers on the paved area! Many picnic tables attract families to have picnics on the well maintained picnic tables. The memorial benches offer resting spots for the many, many visitors! The sail boats in the distant harbour sail by, out into Lake Ontario. The marina is to the right of Whitby Lions! Large numbers of sailing vessels are docked in the marina! There are people fishing and enjoying the natural beauty of this place by the hundreds everyday!By madonna massey, November 27, 2016
